The Post Publishing Public Company Limited is the sole owner of any information collected by the Bangkok Post's Internet sites (www.BangkokPost.com, www.BangkokPost.net, www.BangkokPost.co.th, www.PostToday.com, www.Student-Weekly.com, www.BangkokPostJobs.com). We collect information through our optional user registration form and by users' voluntary participation in our surveys and contests. Individual profiles are neither compiled nor shared.

We use your personal information to compile statistics. We share these statistics within our company and with our advertising clients. We do not sell, share, or rent these statistics with our business partners or others. By learning about you, we can better serve you.

2. Registering
Users have the option to register with The Post Publishing Plc. During this optional registration process you are requested to give your contact information and personal information. Questions such as your e-mail address, income level, place of residence, use of our website, and age are asked. This information will be used to create statistical data. We do not ask for your name, social security number, or credit card number. Your individual profile is neither compiled nor shared.

3. Links
Our site contains links to other websites. Once you leave The Post Publishing Plc's sites, we are no longer responsible for the practices, policies, or privacy issues of other sites. Please be aware that every site has its own privacy policies and we encourage you to read these policies.

4. Surveys and Contests
Participation in our surveys and contests is completely voluntary. Contact information will be used to notify our winners and award prizes. This information will not be shared outside of The Post Publishing Plc and its contest partner(s) if there are any.

Our websites take every precaution to protect our users' information. Your information will be protected both on-line and off-line. We do have a SSL server but we do not ask for credit card numbers.

Our e-Newsletter is sent to ONLY those users who have requested to receive it. You have the option at all times to unsubscribe.

Please e-mail us if you need any of your personal information updated or changed.

8. Notification of Changes to Privacy Policy
If our Privacy Policy changes we will notify you via an update notice on our home page and our e-Newsletter if you have chosen to receive it.
