Upgrades for GCC FINANCE :Fitch Ratings has upgraded the national long-term ratings for the two tranches of amortising and guaranteed debentures issued by Gulf Cogeneration Co (GCC) to AAA(tha) from AA+(tha). The outlook is stable. The upgrade covers GCC's five-year issue of 1.16 billion baht in bonds due in April 2011 and its 10-year, 2.9-billion-baht issue due in April 2016.
